If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up the cleaning solution, start by checking if the Collection Tank is correctly aligned and secured with the side latches. Also, make sure the Collection Tank isn't full; if it is, empty it. Another potential issue could be the removable nozzle. Ensure the unit is unplugged, then align the two 'hooks' into the bottom first, and snap it into place on top. Check the removable nozzle for any debris and rinse it under running water if needed. Lastly, inspect the red lint screen under the Collection Tank for clogs and remove any debris.
