3) Enter print commands in 'Start Doc' for sending the data to the printer before printing the
first page.
4) Enter print commands in 'Start Page' and 'End Page' for sending the data to the printer
for each page’s start and end.
5) Enter print commands in 'End Doc' for sending the data to the printer after printing all
the pages.
6) Enter the number between 0 and 99 in 'Number of Line Feeds' for adding blank lines at
the end of printing.
