Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back to lock the
griddle in place.
Place the two front pins into the
front locking holes and push the
griddle top and hood back. Then,
set the two rear pins into the
rear holes.
Place the two front pins into the
front locking holes and push the
griddle top and hood back. Then,
set the two rear pins into the
rear holes.
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back to lock the
griddle in place.
Make sure the front pins are fully

the griddle top forward to lock
the griddle in place.

STEP 09
Thread two (2) M6 step bolts [h.] into the upper holes of the
right side shelf.
Repeat with the left side shelf.
STEP 10

Slide the right side shelf onto the side shelf brackets.
(The threaded M6 step bolts will hook and hold the shelf.)

Use two (2) M6 step bolts [h.] to secure the right side shelf to the
side shelf brackets.
Repeat with the left side shelf.
STEP 11
Hang the grease cup in the slot on the back of the
griddle body.
STEP 12
With the help of another person, place the griddle top and
hood onto the griddle body by aligning the four foot pins to the holes
on top of the appliance.
STEP 13
Use two (2) M6x12 screws [c.] and two (2) lock nuts [b.] to
attach the bottle opener to the front accessory shelf.
