the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.

STEP
Be sure that the four (4) caster wheels are locked, and turn each
caster nut to attach them to the four (4) cart legs.
