General Guidelines
It is the user’s responsibility to read and follow all instructions.
Keep these instructions with the product at all times and review before each use.
It is the responsibility of this product’s owner to furnish the instructions to any person that borrows
or purchases the product.
Inspect the product before use to ensure it is assembled properly and all parts are in safe working
order and free of defects.
Never modify this product in any way.
All circumstances cannot be addressed in these instructions. Please use common sense and prac-
tice general safety measures when using this product.
Parts and/or instructions are subject to change without notice.
Safety
Do not exceed the carrying capacity of 600 lbs.
Never exceed the maximum tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch (check the weight sticker on
the trailer hitch).
Check with the vehicle dealer or manufacturer to determine the carrying/hauling capacity of your
vehicle.
Total hauling weight is calculated by adding the total weight of the motorcycle + 99 lbs (MX-600X
weight).
Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to sti󰀨en up the suspension to prevent
sagging.
Not for use with 1-1/4" Class II or smaller receivers.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Support Brackets

Secure carrier support brackets to the main hitch tube using M8x20 bolts and M8 nuts, keeping them loose.

Step 2: Install Carrier Track

Slide carrier track between support brackets and secure with M8x45 bolts and M8 nuts, tightening securely.

Step 3: Mount Ramp Holder Bracket

Secure the ramp holder bracket to the carrier track using M10x70 bolts and M10 nuts, keeping them loose.

Step 4: Attach Ramp

Place ramp onto hitch tube and holder bracket, securing with wing nuts and tightening bolts.

Step 5: Install Pins and Eye Bolts

Slide long pins into carrier track sides, secure with clips, and install eye bolts into the main hitch tube.

Step 6: Stabilize Carrier

Details two methods for stabilizing the carrier using anti-tilt bracket with hitch pin or pinch bolt.
