BlackBerry device, the following statements are applicable to you:
Emergency calls to 911, 112, 000, 999, or other internationally recognized
numbers intended to connect to a public safety answering point or similar
emergency services are not processed through the BlackBerry Mobile Voice
System, and are only processed from your BlackBerry device where mobile
network coverage is available from a wireless service provider. The
BlackBerry MVS is not designed or intended to be a replacement for
traditional telephone service. Additional arrangements must be made,
separate from the BlackBerry MVS, for you to obtain access to traditional
fixed or wireless telephone services, such as emergency calling capability.
