Inspect for and repair any air leaks in the suction line. Reduce any excessive restriction in the suction line. Replace any damaged or worn parts. Minimize restriction in the discharge line. Inspect and repair the relief valve if it's worn or not seating properly. Reinstall the vanes correctly if they are installed incorrectly.
