Please make sure that the device is not immersed in water or other liquids. The
device must never come into contact with running water. Risk of electric shock!

TROUBLESHOOTING
• Deactivate the scooter and disconnect it from the charger and the power supply. Let all parts
cool down completely.
• Use a slightly damp cloth when you want to clean the charger and the e-scooter. Then rub all
parts completely dry with a cloth.
• DO NOT use solvents or abrasives, DO NOT use brushes that are rough or hard, and DO
NOT use cleaning items that are made of metal or have hard edges. These can damage the
surface of the scooter and its accessories.
• Make sure that the hoverboard and accessories are deactivated and have cooled down
completely. We recommend a suitable carrying bag for transport or storage.
• Please make sure that the e-scooter does not fall down during transport.
• The device must be protected from shocks and vibrations. Especially if you are transporting
it in a vehicle.
DO NOT perform repairs on the vehicle. Have repairs carried out by qualied
personnel only. If you have any questions or problems with the device, please
contact Customer Services.
Store the device in a clean, dry place. Keep it out of the reach of children.
