Eigentümer und Nutzer sind dafür verantwortlich, ALLE am tatsächlichen Einsatzort
gültigen Vorschriften für die Nutzung des Geräts vollständig zu kennen und zu befolgen.

device on public roads in Germany. It must be presented for applying the liability
insurance which is also mandatory for use in public areas.
