Removal And Installation
Tilt
the
Bob-Tach fully forward until the front edge
is
on
the
floor [A].
Stop the engine. Move the hydraulic controls to release
the hydraulic pressure.
A
Remove the lock nut and bolt at the rod end of the tilt 8
cylinder [B].
Installation: Tighten the bolt and nut to
18-20
ft.-Ibs.
(24-27 Nm) torque.
Remove the pivot pin at the rod end of the
tilt cylinder [C].
Loosen the
bolt at the Bob-Tach pivot pin [0]. DO NOT
remove the bolt.
Installation: Tighten the bolt at the pivot pin to
125-140
ft.-Ibs. (1701-190 Nm) torque.
