Measure the end play of the crankshaft [A).
If
not
in
the specifications, install or remove paper gaskets
as
needed to get the correct clearance.
Tighten
all bolts
in
the end plate and the bolt in the main
bearing support.
Check the crankshaft. The gear must fit on the location
pin
in
the crankshaft and the timing marks must be
in
alignment [B).
