FLYWHEEL
Removal And Installation
Remove the bolts that attach the fan to the flywheel [A].
Remove the fan [B].
Remove the flywheel bolts
[e].
NOTE: Do Not use the bolts again.
Remove the flywheel.
Install
the flywheel.
Install
the four new bolts. Using the sequence shown
tighten the bolts with the following procedure
[B] .
TIghten each bolt to 20-25 ft. -Ibs . (27-34 Nm) torque [0].
Then turn each bolt 60
0
[0].
Turn each bolt and additional 60
0
[0] .
