Q: A video or audio file cannot be played? Or no sound
for videos?
A: 1. Please check the menu and turn off the "Mute
Recoderll option.
2. It is recommended to play back videos/audio on
the VLC media player on the computer.
Q: Why does the camera screen turn off automatically?
A: The camera enters the "Screen Hibernation" mode
in default without 5 minutes of operation. If you
want the display to always be on, please enter the
menu to set the "Screen Hibernation" option to Off.
"Screen Hibernation"option can be set to Off,
30sec, Imin, 2min, 5min (default), 1Omin.
Q: Why does the camera shut off automatically?
A: Please check whether the "Automatic Shutdown"
option , if you want the camera to stay power-on
state, please enter the menu to set "Automatic
Shutdown" to Closed.
"Automatic Shutdown" can be set to 1min, 3min,
5min, 1Omin,15min(default), closed.
