Function Description:
The A22/A22P Mini Body Camera is primarily designed for video and audio recording, as well as taking photos. It offers real-time monitoring and playback capabilities. The camera supports night vision (optional for A22 model, disabled for A22P for stable image color), motion detection, and loop recording. It can be connected to a computer for file transfer and management.

Usage Features:
- Power On/Off: Push the power button down and hold for 3 seconds to power on/off.
- Charging: Charge with the standard cable. The red indicator stays on during charging, turning sturdy green when fully charged (approx. 3 hours). The camera powers on automatically when connected to power.
- Taking Photos: Press the Menu button to enter photo preview, then press the Play/Confirm/OK button to take photos. Snapshot is not available during video recording.
- Video Recording:
- Method 1 (Power-off state): Slide up the video record button to power on and start recording. Slide down to the middle position to save and stop recording.
- Method 2 (Standby preview): Slide up the video button to start recording. Push down to the middle position to save and stop recording.
- Audio Recording:
- Method 1 (Power-off state): Push up the audio record button to power on and start recording. Push down to save and stop recording.
- Method 2 (Standby preview): Push up the audio button to start recording. Push down to save and stop recording.
- Night Vision (A22 Model): In standby/video/photo mode, short press the "Volume+" button to manually switch to night vision. Press again to return to colored real-time image.
- LCD Off Mode / Auto Power Off:
- LCD Off Mode: Automatically enters after 5 minutes of no operation (default). Can be set to 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 minutes, or off in the menu. Short press any key to light up the screen. Short pressing the Return/Off Screen Button also turns off the display (except in menu settings).
- Auto Power Off: Shuts down after a set time in standby mode (1, 3 minutes, or off in the menu).
- Files View / Playback: Short press the Menu button to switch to playback mode. Use Volume +/- buttons to select files, and Play/Confirm/OK button to play/pause. Volume can be adjusted during playback.
- File Delete/Protection:
- From Camera: In playback mode, select the file, long press the Menu button, then select "Delete" or "Protect". Confirm with Play/Confirm/OK. Protected videos cannot be deleted unless unlocked.
- From PC: Connect to computer, select "Mass Storage", and manage files on the camera disk.
- File Protection: Only valid for video files. In playback mode, select the video, long press Menu, select "Protect", then choose "Lock Current" or "Lock All" and confirm.
- File Transfer/Connect Computer: Connect via standard USB cable. Select "Mass Storage" on the camera. Files are stored in the DCIM folder.
- System Setting/Menu List: Long press the Menu button to enter settings. Use Volume +/- buttons to navigate and Play/Confirm/OK to confirm changes. Settings include Video Resolution, Photo Resolution, Date & Time, Motion Detection, Loop Recording, Image Rotation, Exposure Compensation, Format, Language, Auto Power Off, LCD Off, Indicator Light, Version, and Default settings.
- Image Rotation Function: The lens supports 180-degree manual rotation. An "Image Rotation" option in the menu (Off by default) allows correcting flipped images when the camera is worn in different orientations (e.g., lens on the side of the back clip vs. lens on the side of the screen).
Maintenance Features:
- Formatting the Card: It is recommended to format the TF card on the camera first when first using or changing the card.
- Charging: Charge the camera every 3 months if it's idle for a long time to maintain battery health.
- Reset: If the camera crashes or stops working, use a pin or thimble to poke the reset hole. The device will auto shut down and can be restarted by sliding down and holding the Power Button.
