A: 1. Please make sure you are using the original USBcable.
2. Please try to connect the camera to other USB ports, it is recommended to connect the back
panel of your desktop PC.
Q: Wi-Fi connection is failed with a message: No Internet Connection?
A: The camera may already be connected to other devices, please disconnect it first.
