TROUBLESHOOTING
No power assistance when
the bike is turned on
1. No power
1. Check if the battery is
installed correctly
2. Check if battery needs
charging
Not enough mileage
1. Battery not fully charged
2. Tire pressure is low
3. Frequent brakes/starts/
reduces riding
performance
4. After a longer period the
performance will reduce
5. Due to low temperature

1. Check if the charger is
working properly

riding
3. Try not to brake and start the
bike unnecessarily
