Why does the power cord get warm on my Bold Flame PRUNA Indoor Fireplace?
    • S
      sandrarobinsonAug 12, 2025
It's normal for the power cord of a Bold Flame Indoor Fireplace to get warm during operation because the heater requires more current. Ensure the plug fits tightly into the outlet and check the connections of the appliance cord and the outlet. If the plug or outlet becomes HOT, stop using the appliance and consult a qualified electrician to check or change the overheating outlet(s).
