Remove bolts from lower handle.
Attach upper handle to lower handle using
removed hardware. Tighten knobs securely.
Insert tine clutch bail into handle as shown.
Insert Z-fitting on clutch cable into tine clutch bail.
Insert tine clutch bail into handle as shown.
