Heating types There are various heating types for optimal preparation of your food.
Assist For many dishes, there are pre-programmed settings.
EcoClean Direct A special coating on the oven panels cleans the cooking
compartment almost by itself.
Basic settings You can change the oven’s basic settings to suit your needs.
There are various operating modes which make your appliance easier to use. Open the ‘operating
modes’ settings by pressing the menu field.

Perfect for consistent results on any shelf level

30-300 For traditional baking and roasting on one
level. Especially suitable for cakes with
moist toppings.
Hotair eco 30-275 For energy-optimised cooking of selected
dishes on one level without preheating.

Hot air grilling 30-300 For roasting poultry, whole fish, chops and
smaller joints.
Grill, large area Grill settings For grilling flat items such as steaks and
sausages, for making toast, and for cooking

1=low 2=medium 3=high
Pizza setting 30-275 For preparing pizza and dishes which require
a lot of heat from underneath.
Slow cooking 70-120 For gentle and slow cooking of seared, tender
pieces of meat in ovenware without a lid.
Bottom heating 30-250 For cooking in a bain marie and for slow
cooking casseroles.
Defrosting 30-60 For gently defrosting frozen food.
Keeping warm 60-100 For keeping cooked food warm.
