13.1.1 Commercial kitchen with domestic hot water
recirculation
Applicable models: Bosch 830 ES, 940 ES, 940 ESO,
C 950 ES, C 1050 ES, C 1210 ES, C 1210 ESC.
When using the super sprayer, hot water draws
must be longer than 15 seconds to avoid
temperature uctuations.
System parameters:
f For optimum performance in applications involving a
commercial dishwasher, a hot water circulation loop is
recommended.
