Adjusting the volume
Notes:
Operating microphone 1 mutes
the current audio source of the
device. With operation of
microphone 2, the audio source
remains audible in the back-
ground (see also the section
"Background audio source for
microphone 2" in this chapter).
If both microphones are
switched on at the same time,
microphone 1 has priority and
microphone 2 is muted.
Adjusting the volume of the micro-
phone announcement
To adjust the volume,
turn the volume control 2 during the
microphone mode.
Note:
The microphone volume adjusted last
remains stored.
Background audio source for
microphone 2
If microphone 2 is switched on, the current
audio source remains audible in the back-
ground (MIX function).
To adjust the volume of the background audio
source,
press the
or button 6.
During the adjustment process, the display
shows "M2 MIX" and the relative volume of the
background audio source (from "0" to "10").
"0" means that the background audio source is

muted; "10" means full volume of the back-
ground audio source.
Note:
The button 1 allows rapidly muting
the background audio source.
