Maintenance Features

- Grease Filters:
- Cleaning Frequency: Recommended every two months.
- Manual Cleaning: Soak in hot soapy water, use special grease solvent for stubborn dirt, clean with a brush, rinse thoroughly, and allow to drain.
- Dishwasher Cleaning: Place loosely in the dishwasher (do not squeeze), use special grease solvent if needed, select a temperature of no more than 70 °C, and allow to drain. Note: Light discoloration may occur but does not affect performance.

- Odor Filters (for recirculation mode):
- Replacement Frequency: Recommended every 12 months with normal use.
- Replacement Procedure: Involves opening the glass plate, removing grease filters, positioning large odor filters at the bottom, swinging them up, positioning small filters at the back, and swinging them up. The foam must be compressed during insertion.

- Appliance Surfaces:
- Cleaning Agents: Use mild cleaning products. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents, high-alcohol content products, hard scouring pads, or cleaning sponges.
- Cleaning Stainless Steel: Clean in the direction of the finish using a sponge cloth and hot soapy water. Apply a thin layer of stainless steel cleaning product.
- Cleaning Painted Surfaces: Use a damp sponge cloth and hot soapy water.
- Cleaning Aluminium/Plastic/Glass: Use a soft cloth and glass cleaner.
