Before calling After-sales Service, first check the table below to see whether you can rectify the fault yourself.

The temperature differs considerably from the setting.
Switch the appliance off for 5 minutes.

If the temperature is too high, re-check it after a couple of hours.
If the temperature is too low, re-check it after a day.
No display lights up.
The power plug is not properly plugged in. Plug in the mains plug.
The circuit-breaker has tripped. Check the circuit-breakers.
There is a power cut. Check whether there is power to the appliance.
A warning signal sounds
Appliance door is open. Close the appliance door or press the fridge compartment temperature
setting button.
