Function
Providing combustion air and gas.
To make the ideal combustion, exhaust the flue gas before and after
the combustion.
Failure Event
Fan speed failure: in case that the fan RPM is less than or equal to
600 RPM.
The fan assembly screw loosens, or the fan is damaged.
Connection of the wire connector in fault.
Effects
Unstable combustion condition.
Unit vibrating and making a noise.
The water heater is not operated.

Diagnostic
Visual inspection: Connection or breakage of wires.
Voltage check: Check range of voltage shown below.
Color/Number of Wires
Black-Red: DC 5 – 45 V
Black-Yellow: DC 12 V
Black-White: 600 – 8100 RPM
