Malfunction Cause Troubleshooting
E:32-00 lights up alternately
or water supply indicator
lights up.
The strainers in the water
connection of the supply or
AquaStop hose are
clogged.
1.Turn off the device.
2.Remove the plug from the socket.
3.Turn off the tap.
4.Unscrew the water connection.
5.Remove the strainer from the inlet hose
6.Clean the strainer.
7.Place the strainer in the supply hose.
8.Screw on the water connection.
9.Check the water connection for
leaks.
10.Put the plug back in the
socket.
11.Turn on the device.
E:34-00 lights up alternately. Water flows continuously
into the device.
1.Close the tap.
2.Contact the "service
department"→Page 61.
E:61-02 lights up alternately. Drain pump is blocked. ▶ Clean the drain pump.

Drain pump cover is
loose
▶ Make the cover of the "drain
pump"→Page 59well fixed.
E:61-03 lights up alternately.
The water is not pumped
out.
Drain hose is clogged or
kinked.
1.Route the drain hose without
kinks.
2.Remove the remains.
Siphon connection is still closed. ▶ Check the connection to the
siphon and open it if necessary.
Drain pump cover is
loose.
▶ Make the cover of the "drain
pump"→Page 59well fixed.
