Malfunction
Cutlery is not dry.
Cause Troubleshooting
Cutlery is not properly
placed in the cutlery basket
or drawer.
Drops may form at the touch
points of the cutlery.
1. "If possible, arrange the cutlery
separately from each other."→Page 32

Insides of the appliance
are wet after the wash
cycle.
No malfunction. For
condensation drying, water
droplets in the rinse aid
container in the reservoir are
necessary and desirable. The
moisture in the air condenses
on the inner walls of the
device, flows downwards and
is pumped out.

Food residue on the
crockery.
Crockery is placed too close
together or the basket is
too full.
1.Arrange the crockery with sufficient
space in between.
The spray jets must be able to
reach the surface of the
dishes.
2.Avoid touch points.
Spray arms cannot
rotate freely.
▶ Arrange the dishes in such a way
that the dishes do not hinder the
rotation of the spray arm.
Spray arm nozzles are
clogged.
