Fault Cause and troubleshooting
"E:30 / -80" ▶ Immediate measure: Mix one tablespoon of fabric
softener with 0.5 litres of water and pour the mix-
ture into the compartment for manual dosing (not
for outdoor clothing, sportswear or items stuffed
with down).
▶ If intelligent dosing is activated, reduce the basic
dosage →Page39.
▶ If you dose manually, reduce the amount of deter-
gent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
"E:36 / -25 / -26" Drain pump is blocked.

1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Clean the pump unit.

4. If the display appears again after you clean the
pump unit, call customer service.

Note:You can deactivate and manually dose the intel-
ligent dosing system until the fault is rectified.

"E:30 / -10" and/or The filter in the water inflow is blocked.
▶ Clean the water inflow filter.
The tap is turned off.
▶ Turn on the tap.
The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
▶ Ensure that the water inlet hose is not kinked or
jammed.
Water cooling To protect the wastewater pipes, the hot detergent
solution is cooled before being drained.
▶ Wait until the detergent solution has cooled down.
