Making the first connection
Plug the system into an AC outlet.
C) The 8/uetooth light starts slowly
flashing when the Bose 8/uetooth
dock is in discoverable mode.
Bring your 8/uetooth device close
to the Sound Dock 10 system.
Note: The dock stays in
discoverable mode (up to 30 minutes
with first-time use) until you connect
your 8/uetooth device.
A. Turn on the 8/uetooth feature in
your device.
B. From the list of found 8/uetooth
devices select "Bose Sound Dock
1 0".
C. If prompted, enter system
passkey:OOOO
D. The 8/uetooth light stops flashing
and remains on when the device
is connected.
Note: You can use the SoundDock
10 remote to control the connected
device.
Connecting with other
Bluetooth devices
0 Press and hold the 8/uetooth
button on the dock or the dock
button on the remote control until
the 8/uetooth light starts flashing.
Then follow Steps 3 A-D above.
You can change the connection to
another device by activating the
discoverable mode again. You can
connect to only one device at a time.
