3. Product and scope of delivery
3.1. Checking the delivered goods
All B+B products undergo an appropriate final inspection at our factory
and the CE mark is affixed.
The Via foldable power wheelchair will be delivered in a special
cardboard box. After unpacking, retain the cardboard box if possible. It
can be used for possible later storage or return of the product.
Delivery and induction is usually carried out by a qualified medical
equipment retailer.
When sending by train or shipping company, the goods must be
checked immediately for transport damage (cardboard box) in the
presence of the forwarding agent.
If any damage is apparent, contact our Customer service immediately
(Tel.: +49 (0)700/6000 7070).
Check that the delivery is complete and undamaged (see Chapter 3.3).
In the case of anomalies or damage, contact our Customer service.
