4.4. Pushing the wheelchair/mobility
device in freewheel mode
If you want to push the foldable power wheelchair in specific situations,
you must release the brakes.
The electromechanical brake is disabled in
manual operation.
Push the red release lever (Fig. 12) for both motors inwards
To lock, push the lever back outwards and it will click into place
automatically
Take hold of the push bar (Fig. 2, K) with both hands and push the
power wheelchair.
For safety reasons, the motor drive is disabled in
push function.
Attention: danger to life! The electromagnetic brakes

4.4.1. Initiating an emergency stop
Only carry out an emergency stop in an absolute emergency!
Let go of the joystick and press the power button. The drive wheels will
lock immediately.
Please note that you may be thrown forward by stopping abruptly. For
safety, hold onto the armrests.
4.5. Overload protection
If there is an electrical overload the safety device switches the control
unit off. In this case disconnect the plug connection between the control
unit and the battery housing (Fig. 13). After you have reconnected the
plug, you can continue with your journey.
If it is not working as expected, contact your dealer or Bischoff &
Bischoff Customer service.
