      Low water flow in your Bradley Plumbing Product drench shower and eyewash may be due to insufficient pressure or undersized supply piping. A minimum of 30 GPM is required. Increase the pressure or pipe size to resolve this.

    Why is the scald-protection valve flowing water in my Bradley Plumbing Product?

      If the scald-protection valve in your Bradley Plumbing Product is flowing water, it could be due to a few reasons: * The scald valve might be defective if the water temperature from the valve is below 80°F (27°C). Replace the scald valve. * Direct sunlight or high ambient temperature might be affecting the unit. Cool the unit. * The thermostat might be defective. Check continuity and replace it if the check fails; it activates at 50°F (10°C) (factory-set).

      If your Bradley Plumbing Product's freeze-protection valve is flowing water, there could be several reasons: * If the water temperature from the valve is below 40°F (4°C), the power supply might be off. Turn the power on. * The water supply could be too cold. Make sure the unit is supplied with tempered water. * If the water temperature from the valve is below 40°F (4°C), the thermostat might be defective. Check continuity and replace it if the check fails; it activates at 50°F (10°C) (factory-set). * If the water temperature from the valve is above 40°F (4°C), the freeze valve might be defective. Replace the freeze valve. Note: A water supply of 40°F (4°C) or colder will hold the freeze bleed valve open. To close the valve temporarily turn the water off or plug the valve until t...
