Why has my Braun wet&dry 5147s-TO Electric Shaver's shaving performance decreased?

A decrease in your Braun Electric Shaver's shaving performance may be due to worn foil and cutter or a clogged shaving system. To resolve this, renew the Foil & Cutter cassette. Additionally, soak the Foil & Cutter cassette in hot water with a drop of dish liquid, rinse it properly, and tap it out. Once dry, apply a drop of light machine oil on the foil.
