Chapter 4: Assembling the Bed Face Panel unit.
Metropolitan Murphy Beds: To prevent the screws from poking through the
thin areas on the raised panel door(s), take note of the underlined text above.

Position a support
stiener exactly
centered between
each of the pre-
drilled handle holes
as shown in Fig. 4I.
Queen/Full Beds: Position the middle
support stiener either directly to the
left or right of the “Spline”, making sure
there is no gap between the “Spline” and
stiener. In Fig. 4I, the middle support
stiener is positioned to the right of the
“Spline”.
Twin/Twin-XL Beds: Position the middle
support stiener exactly centered on the
door.
Attach all 3 support stieners with screws from Hardware Package #7.
