  The motor may stall due to wet pulp buildup under the juicer cover from vigorous juicing. Try pushing the food pusher down slower to juice at a slower pace. Also, follow the Disassembling and Cleaning instructions to clean the filter bowl surround, stainless steel filter basket, and juicer cover. Another cause can be hard fruits and vegetables putting excess strain on the motor if a low speed is selected. Refer to the juicing guide to determine the correct speed for the fruits and vegetables you're juicing.

  If juice leaks between the rim of the Juicer Cover and the juicer, try juicing at a slower speed and pushing the food pusher down the feed chute more slowly.

  Try juicing at a slower pace. Remove the Nutri Disc™ and thoroughly clean the mesh walls with a cleaning brush. Rinse the filter basket under hot water. If the fine mesh holes are blocked, soak the basket in a solution of hot water with 10% lemon juice to unlock the holes or wash in the dishwasher. This will remove excess fiber build up which could be inhibiting the flow.

  Stop the juicing process and follow Disassembling instructions. Remove the juicer cover, remove pulp, reassemble, and begin juicing again. Try alternating between soft and hard vegetables and fruit varieties.
