Assembling Your Breville Juice Fountain

Securely fit the stainless steel filter basket onto the motor base.

Position the juicer cover over the filter and container, aligning the plastic wings.

Step 5

Raise and lock the safety arm into the grooves on the juicer cover.

Step 6

Slide the food pusher down the feed chute, aligning grooves with the protrusion.

Step 7

Place the juice jug under the spout, aligning with the graphic on the lid.

Operating Your Breville Juice Fountain

Step 1

Prepare and wash fruit and vegetables for juicing.

Step 2

Ensure the juicer is assembled, clean, and has the jug correctly placed.

Step 3

Plug in the power cord and turn the juicer ON.

Step 4

Feed food into the chute and use the pusher to guide it down slowly.

Juice flows into the jug; empty the pulp container when full.

Pull the locking arm back over the grooves on the juicer cover.

Move the locking arm down.

Step 4

Lift the integrated pulp container, cover, filter, and pusher from the motor base.

Step 5

Remove the food pusher by lifting it vertically.

Step 6

Remove the juicer cover and scrape off any pulp.

Step 7

Lift the stainless steel filter basket vertically from the pulp bowl surround.

Step 8

Empty the pulp from the container into a bowl or bin.
