  If you observe that the pulp is too wet and the juice extraction is reduced, try juicing at a slower pace. Also, remove the stainless steel Mesh Filter Basket and thoroughly clean the mesh walls using a fine brush. Rinse the filter basket under hot water. If the fine mesh holes are blocked, soak the basket in a solution of hot water with 10% lemon juice to unblock the holes or wash in the dishwasher. This will remove excess fibre build up (from fruit or vegetables) which could be inhibiting the juice flow.

  The motor may stall while juicing if wet pulp builds up under the cover because the juicing action is too vigorous. To resolve this, try juicing more slowly by pushing the Food Pusher down at a more gradual pace. Additionally, clean the filter bowl surround, the stainless steel filter, and the Juicer Cover. Select the high speed instead of the low speed setting.
