  If the pod or the filter are gripped in the machine, you may not have waited for 15 seconds before removing the filter-holder; wait for 15 seconds before removing the filter-holder. When removing the filter-holder, make some lateral pressure to let the filter or pod fall.

Why is water dripping from the steam nozzle of my Briel Coffee Maker?

  If water is dripping from the steam nozzle, the steam control may be opened, so close steam control. Also, the steam control may be worn, so replace steam control.
