What to do if detergent is not mixing in my Briggs & Stratton 2500 PSI Pressure Washer?

  If the detergent isn't mixing with the spray in your Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The detergent siphoning tube might not be submerged in the detergent. Make sure to insert the tube fully into the detergent container. 2. The chemical filter could be clogged or cracked. Try cleaning or replacing the filter or the detergent siphoning tube. 3. The nozzle might be in high pressure mode. Push the nozzle forward for low pressure mode to enable detergent mixing.

  If your Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer pump isn't producing pressure, has erratic pressure, chatters, loses pressure, or has low water volume, there are several potential causes: * The nozzle may be in low pressure mode. To fix this, pull the nozzle backward for high pressure mode. * The water inlet could be blocked, so clear the inlet. * There might be an inadequate water supply; ensure adequate water flow. * The inlet hose may be kinked or leaking; straighten the hose or patch any leaks. * The inlet hose strainer could be clogged; check and clean it. * The water supply might be too hot (over 100°F); provide a cooler water supply. * The high-pressure hose could be blocked or leaking; clear any blockages in the outlet hose. * The gun might be leaking; replace it. * Th...
