DISASSEMBLE CARBURETOR
1. Remove two screws and float bowl.
a. Discard O-ring.

2. Disassemble fuel solenoid from float bowl. Discard gas-
ket.
a. Use 1/2” thin profile wrench and carburetor socket,
Tool #19458 (14 mm) or 19459 (16 mm).
b. Remove fixed main jet.
Note: Use care when removing solenoid to prevent
damage to fixed main jet and housing.

3. Remove float hinge pin, float and inlet needle.
4. Remove emulsion tube body and gasket.
Discard gasket.

Remove cover plate. Discard gasket.
