8 Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Action
The compressor works abnormally with a
buzzing noise.
The voltage is out of specification. Stop the product and make sure that
the power outlet voltage is inside
specification.
The ADD WATER indicator light is on. The tank is empty. Fill the tank with water.
The pump is full of air. Push the power button to restart the
product.
The ICE FULL indicator light is on. The ice tray is full of ice. Scoop out the finished ice with the
ice scoop.
The ICE FULL indicator light does not
come on when the ice tray is full.
Ice full sensor is damaged. Contact an authorized service
center.
The sensor is interfered by sunlight. Move the product away from
sunlight.
The indicator lights are o. The fuse is blown. Replace the fuse.
There is no power. Turn the product on.
The ice is very large and pieces stick
together.
The ice from previous cycles is left in the
water tray.
Remove the ice from the water tray.
