MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
Do not dismantle the product or attempt to repair it.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
• Wash the baskets and grilles with hot water and washing-up liquid, or in a dishwasher. Washing
by hand is recommended for best functionality and life span. Soak encrusted scraps of food in
hot water and washing-up liquid.
• Wipe when necessary the inside of the product, the chambers and heating element with a damp
cloth.
• Do not wash the product in a dishwasher, or immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Allow the parts to dry, or wipe them.
• Store the product in a clean and dry place, out of the reach of children and pets, if it is not going
to be used for some time.
NOTE:
Do not use sharp or abrasive utensils, or abrasive detergent that can damage the surface.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Action
The product does not work. The plug is not properly
plugged in.
Plug in the plug correctly.
The power point is not live. Try another power point.
No power supply. The fuse has tripped. Replace the fuse.
The baskets are not properly
in place.
Push in the baskets all the way.
Fuse has tripped, the power
circuit is overloaded.
Disconnect any other
appliances from the circuit.
Too much food in the baskets,
food spread unevenly.
Do not ll the baskets to more
than 1/3.
Pieces of food are on top of
each other.
Spread out the food and stir
now and then.
