MANUAL STOPPING OF COOKING
ZONE
Activate settings mode for the cooking
zones and press the START/STOP button to
stop the cooking manually. END is shown
on the corresponding display. Cooking the
other zone continues.
SETTING TEMPERATURE AND
COOKING TIME
Set the programme’s cooking time and
temperature to ensure that the food (especially
chicken) is completely roasted. Settings can be
made during the cooking.
Select the required programme and set
the temperature and cooking time. Press
in the respective button to quickly change
the values.
TIPS!
In general no fat is needed for the
cooking, or just small amounts (2 or 3
teaspoons).
Very light pieces of food can be whirled
round by the circulating air. Fasten them
together when necessary with toothpicks
or the equivalent.
The cooking time depends on the amount
of food, the size of the pieces and the
temperature. In general the cooking time
is shorter than in a conventional oven.
Begin with short cooking times, and then
gradually increase if necessary.
For uniform cooking, stir the food now
and then with a plastic or wooden utensil.
Check the food regularly and switch o
the product if it is cooked, even if the
programme has not nished.
