The product is still
listed in “My
Devices” after
doing a reset.
The product only resets the network
configuration, it does not change the
configuration in the app. To remove
the product on the list it must be
deleted in the app.
How to change
the network
registered on the
product.
First remove and reset the product on
the app and then add and configure
the device again.
The product do
not identify the SD
card.
Insert in the SD card before the
product is started. Make sure that the
SD card has FAT32 format. Make sure
you have a good internet connection.
The product does
not send
notifications.
Make sure that the app is running on
your phone, and the relevant
notification function has been set. Go
to Message notification and authority
confirmation in your mobile phone
system and activate the function.
