CONNECT TO YOUR HOME WIFI AND PAIR WITH YOUR SMART

WIFI PLUG

CONNECT TO YOUR 2.4GHz HOME WiFi (NOT 5GHz)

It’s important that you connect to 2.4GHz home WiFi not the

5GHz. Check that both your phone and the smart device are

within range of your WiFi router.

Open your Brilliant Smart App so you can connect your smart device then press add device.

If you are connecting a smart device for the ﬁrst time then press add device or if you are adding

another smart device press the plus sign.

Next select the type of device you wish to add. If you’re connecting a Smart Wiﬁ Plug select

Electrical Outlet. Icons may differ depending on your phone or tablet.

Connecting to Home WiFi and Pairing Smart Plug

Connect to 2.4 GHz Home WiFi

Ensure your phone and device connect to 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz, within router range.

Open Brilliant Smart App and Add Device

Launch the Brilliant Smart App and tap 'Add Device' to start the connection process.

Select Device Type: Electrical Outlet

Choose 'Electrical Outlet' from the app's device list for your Smart Wifi Plug.

Physical Setup and Indicator Light Status

Insert Plug and Check Indicator Light

Plug into a 240V powerpoint; the indicator should flash red then turn blue (on).

Activate Rapid Blinking Mode

Hold the manual button for 5s until click, release, then press again to make the light blink rapidly.

Enter WiFi Password and Confirm

Input your 2.4GHz WiFi password in the app and tap 'confirm' to proceed.

Finalizing Connection and Device Control

Name Device and Assign Room

Customize the plug's name and select its location within your home in the app.

Device Connected: Control Your Appliances

Your Smart Wifi Plug is paired. Control appliances via the app or voice commands.

Utilize Timers and Schedules

Set timers or create schedules for your connected appliances through the app.
