1) Cleaning the bottle
Before using the Water Filter Bottle for the rst time, clean the bottle
without the MicroDisc with a mild detergent or in the dishwasher. Clean
the Water Filter Bottle regularly by hand or in the dishwasher

fore cleaning remove the MicroDisc

and store it on a clean surface
during the cleaning process. It is also recommended to remove the seal

before cleaning your bottle. The seal can be cleaned separately
by hand or in the dishwasher. To ensure an optimum level of hygiene,
we recommend placing the MicroDisc in a clean cup every week and
carefully pour boiling water over it. If the MicroDisc oats to the surface,
use a spoon to hold the MicroDisc to the bottom of the cup. After ve
minutes, you can reinstall the MicroDisc into the water lter. Please
make sure that your hands are clean when touching the disc and bottle.
2) Preparing the MicroDisc
Take the MicroDisc out of the packaging. Before using the MicroDisc
for the rst time, soak the MicroDisc in warm water for 1 minute
to remove any carbon dust that may be present and to
optimize water ow.
