anchors, tether anchors capacities, and information on the
lower anchor locations and designated seating positions
available for use with this child seat�
Using the Lower Universal Anchorage System (LUAS)
The Lower Universal Anchorage System, or LUAS, is a
system available on this child seat that offers an alternative
to vehicle seat belt installation methods� The gure below
shows typical locations for lower anchors and tether
anchors in a vehicle� See pages 2-3 for LUAS components
on this child seat�
