battery precautions
• Dispose of old batteries properly. Do not dispose of old batteries in a fire.
• Do not leave batteries where a young child or pet could play with or swallow
them. If the batteries are swallowed, contact a physician immediately.
• Only use fresh batteries. Do not mix new and old batteries as the old ones
may leak.
• Batteries may explode if mistreated. Do not attempt to recharge or
disassemble the batteries.

• To optimize performance, keep the unit out of close proximity to other air
sensor clocks, electromagnetic wave devices, such as microwaves or cellular
phones, and electronic devices.
• This unit contains a sensor that controls the mode change and LED backlight.
If the battery power is weak, the sensor will not work properly.
