Problem:
Sensor will not activate.
Solution:
• Make sure Settings knob is not on .
• Slowly turn the Settings knob to a different setting to reset the sensor.
• Make sure your hand or bowl is directly under the chute.
• Batteries may be exhausted. Replace the batteries.
• The adapter may not be plugged in. Check the adapter connection.
• Turn off the unit and gently wipe the sensor with a damp cloth.
• When the adapter is plugged into the jack, the batteries are over-ridden.
Make sure the adapter is not plugged into CandyMan’s jack if using
batteries to power the unit.
Problem:
Sensor is activating when no hand or bowl is under the chute.
Solution:
There may be debris on the sensor. Turn off the unit and gently wipe the sensor
with a damp cloth.
