shown above, remove the face plate, loosen the needle bar
connecting stud alamping screw

and adjust
by
raising
or
lowering the needle bar
0.
Rotary hook position
1.
When the needle bar 0 rises from its lowest position until the reference line @ is at the bottom
of
the needle bar
bushing, the rotary hook point
e must be at the center
of
the needel
e.
2.
If the rotary hook is out
of
position, loosen the roatry hook screws
0,
and align the rotary hook
point
E)
with
the center
of
the needle
e.
*Adjust
the clearance between the rotary hook point E) and the needle e
to
about 0.05 -
0.1
mm.
Nadelstangenhole
1.
In der tiefsten Stellung der Nadelstange 0 muB die Bezugslinie @ so stehen, wie in der obigen Abbildung gezeigt.
2.
Wenn die Bezugslinie der Nadelstange 0 sich irgendwo anders befindet, die Vorderplatte abnehmen, die
Klemmschraube
losen und die Nadelstange 0 durch Verschieben nach oben oder unten einstellen.
Greiferstellung
1.
Wenn die Nadelstange 0 sich von der tiefsten Stellung so
weit
nach oben bewegt hat, daB die Bezugslinie@
mit
dem
Rand der Nadelstangenhalterung i.ibereinstimmt,
muB sich die Greifer-Marke E) in der Nadelmitte e befinden.
2.
Wenn der Greifer anders liegt, die Schrauben 0 losen und die Greifer-Marke E)
mit
der Nadelmitte e ausrichten.

Den
Abstand zwischen der Greifer-Marke E) und der Nadel e so einstellen, daB er ungefahr 0,05 -
0,1
mm
betragt.
