the reverse stitching button 0 is pressed lightly,
reverse stitching begins.
Forward stitching begins when
it
is released.

Remove the synchronizer cover.
3.
Rotate the pulley towards you and stop the needle 7.5
mm
above its lowest point. The
lower
end
of
the magnet 0
must
be aligned at this
time
with
the upper edge
of
the thread
trimmer
hole
IC
f).
If
the lower end
of
the magnet 0 and the upper edge
of
the thread
trimmer
hole
IC
f)
are
not
aligned, adjust by
loosening the screw
8 and moving the thread
trimmer
hole
IC.
4.
Turn on the power and stop the machine at the needle
down
position.
At
this time the needle bar must stop 22 - 26
mm
above the surface
of
the needle plate.
5.
Stop the machine at the needle up position. The pont
of
the needle
must
stop
11
-
15
mm
above the needle plate.
If the point
of
the needle does not stop at this position, adjust by loosening the screw 0 and moving the needle up

*The
needle bar
will
lower when hole
IC
0 and hole
IC
G are moved in the direction
of
machine rotation, and rise when
they are moved in the opposite direction.
Einstellung des Synchronisatprs
1.
Die Nahmaschine ausschalten.
(Urn die
ICs
zu
justieren, muB die Maschine ausgeschaltet sein.)
2.
Die Synchronisatorabdeckung entfernen.
3.
Die Riemenscheibe nach vorn drehen, bis die Nadel 7,5
mm
in der Hohe steht.
In
dieser Stellung muB die Unterkante
des Magnets
0
mit
der Oberkante des Fadenabschneider-ICs
f)
ausgerichtet sein.
4.
Die Nahmaschine einschalten und die Nadel ganz nach unten stellen. Dabei muB die Nadelstange
22-
26
mm
uber
der Stichplatte stehen. Gegebenenfalls die Schraube 0 losen und das Nadeltiefstellung-IC 0 justieren.
5.
Die Nadel in die Hochststellung bringen. Die Nadelspitze muB sich

14
mm
uber der Stichplatte befinden.
Gegebenenfalls die Schraube
0 losen und das Nadelhochstellung-IC 8 justieren.
* Durch Verschieben der
ICs
0 und G in Mashchinen-Drehrichtung
wird
die Nadelstange nach unten gestellt; durch
Verschiebne in Gegenrichtung
wird
sie nach oben gestellt.
